How-to-use

Diffuser: Add at most 5 drops to 100 ml of water, while pairing it with 5 drops of a milder essential oil.

Precautions

Can irritate respiratory tracts. Do not use more than 5 drops when diffused and dilute with other, milder essential oils (for example, citrus or floral). Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Not recommended for children under 6. Potential skin irritant if not diluted. Dilute with vegetable oil (maximum 20%) or cream (10%). Do not use orally, except by recommendation.
